Jessica, We took receipt of our Keswick Victorian Conservatory, K3 Deluxe Plus (invoice no 10805) approximately a month ago and the build has gone incredibly well. We are incredibly pleased with the quility of both the materials and the instructions and also the way the items are packed and despatched.
