Hello,
I received the windows last Thursday. They arrived in perfect conditions. I fitted them on Saturday. However, on Saturday night, I struggled to get into sleep.
The main reason I bought these windows was that there is a quite busy road in front of our house, and the traffic noise started to wake me up recently early in the mornings. After I fitted the windows, the room suddenly became significantly quieter, so quiet that I could not get into sleep - sounds strange? but it is true. I got used to the quietness lots more the following night, and I had a much better sleep - I was waken up by the alarm rather than by the traffic!
All in all, I'm very happy with the windows - the effect and the quality, as well as your service. Thank you!

Good afternoon Brendan
I felt that I should send you this email to say a big “thank you” for the recent installation of my windows.
I would very much appreciate it if you would pass onto the two fitters my sincere thanks for the way they took care of every minor detail for me, living on my own I was a “tad” worried about how I would manage; both fitters worked so well together and were very much a team, it was a pleasure to watch them both working. I have to say Brendan that your lads did an exceptional job on my windows, the quality is there for all to see, the fitters they left my home in the same condition as when they started – I was taken aback by their attention to detail right down to the vacuum cleaning when they had finished!
I would like to say that I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who is looking for new double glazing; I think from start to finish your company and your fitters showed nothing but professionalism throughout.

PS Just come from Joe’s office, he’s told me that you are certainly in this years budget – it all depends if any machinery breaks down and he has to re-allocate his funds however, fingers crossed for you!!

Re; Secondary Glazing
got my windows order today at 09.00hrs and all fitted in by 17.00hrs.
One complaint though....... you do not do yourself justice on here as your product is one of the most easiest secondary glazing units that I have installed and would recommend them to anyone that wants to DIY it on secondary windows,product 1st class,and customer service 1st class.if someone is in doubt about your product give them my email address and I would be quite happy to put their mind at peace.
